JD’s Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Potatoes
  • 1 Scoop JD's Salsa Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 20 – 25 minutes, drain, mash with a potato masher or electric mixer. Add Butter, salt, pepper and JD’s. Gradually whip in sour cream to make potatoes light and fluffy
